Frank J. Pyle - Florida Probate & Trust Attorney

Your Experienced Attorney For Reasonable Cost

Please call today for written information or to check out my services, my experience, and my reasonable fees.

Centrally located in Orlando, I handle probate throughout the State of Florida.

Do I Have to Have an Attorney?

Although in almost all cases, Florida law does require you to retain a Florida attorney to represent you in probate, and filing fees are set by law, attorneys fees for probate are not set by law.

How Much Do Attorneys Charge?

There is a Florida law which establishes a “presumed” reasonable fee for your probate attorney. However, you are not bound by that fee.

The fee which your attorney charges you is negotiable, so check out other attorneys’ fees if you wish, and call me for a free, no-obligation conference, at which time I will quote you a fee which is almost always less than other Florida attorneys charge.

Your decision whether to retain me or not is up to you, with no pressure from me.

Your Trusted Legal Advocate

Lifetime resident of Orlando, attending Delaney Elementary and Cherokee Junior High. After graduating from Boone High School, I attended Davidson College in North Carolina, then transferring to and graduating from Stetson University. After three years of study at the University of Florida School Of Law, I received my law degree (Juris Doctor).

I successfully completed the Florida Bar Exam a few months later, and began my legal career as an officer in the legal branch of the United States Army - the JAG Corps. I served on active duty over nine years in various assignments of increasing responsibility, including chief lawyer for the Presidio of San Francisco, and overseas in Germany. Upon my release from active duty, I served in the U. S. Army Reserves for twenty years, including many tours at various Army posts, and overseas in Equador and Germany, retiring as a Colonel.
